***INVITATION TO SUBMIT A BID PROPOSAL FOR A 7 (SEVEN) UP TO A 10 (TEN) PASSENGER VAN***

 

The Spencer County Board of Education is accepting sealed bids through July 19, 2017 at 10 am at the address listed below at which the opening will commence on July 19, 2017 at 10 am at the same location. 

 

All bids must be received by the time designated and none will be considered thereafter.  Proposals must be sealed and clearly marked in lower left hand corner of envelope as:

7 (seven) up to a 10 (ten) Passenger Van

 

At the specified dates and times, all bids which are in order, sealed, properly marked, signed, etc., shall be opened and read aloud.  Any interested parties may attend.  No immediate decision will be made concerning the proposals submitted.

 

A decision will be rendered and recommended to the Board of Education for adoption at the July meeting on July 24, 2017 at 6:30pm.  The meeting will be located at the Spencer County Middle School.
